  1. Yes,yes the Rose Garden has been sadly missed. So glad it has been saved, it is very local to us, it is so nice to have a local establishment close, that can provide good local food. Now we have grandchild now, would love to take him to the play area.
I have very fond memories of the Rose garden, having had many work celebrations there, including wedding anniversary celebrated there.

  2. Absolutely. The Rose Garden has been sadly missed, including its wonderful children / family outdoor area. Given new houses coming in there should be a great business opportunity for someone.

  3. I agree, it would be lovely to be able to walk to a LOCAL PUB. This used to be a great pub that I can remember visiting since I was a child.

  4. Great – A well missed family pub – with all the new builds in Shelwick – Munstone and Holmer we can wish that the new Landlord has a well supported and prosperous future.

  5. Brilliant news. A local amenity maybe bsck in use soon. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if it was sold now to someone who will open it again as a country pub

  6. Good news common sense prevails. It is to be hoped the premises will have new owners who will re-open as a local village pub/restaurant.
