Footpath Report September 2019

Footpath Report July & August 2019

Rain eventually stopped further clearance work on HO10 and the path near Ivydene will require a return visit.

  1. Hi Duncan,
I am a walk leader for Hereford 050 Ramblers and are carrying out a circular walk on 28th November from The Starting Gate. The Walk goes out via Munstone to Lyde Church and then crosses over the road to the lake returning via footpaths to Bloor Homes. The last field to Bloor Homes is entered via a three gated area at the top of the field and is not obstructed but the area has been designated by the Farmer to feed the cows from a hay crib right in the middle. Hence the area of access approx. 30metres X 10 Metres is approximately 6inches deep with mud and there is no easy way through. I was wondering if you could have a look to see if there was anything that could be done.
    Regards Ian Jones
